A classic French soup made from Leek & potato.
Tomato Garlic & Bread Soup
This wonderful soup is based on the Spanish Gaspacho soup.
Tomatoes, Garlic & bread are cooked in the oven until all the
juices are combined then pureed with some basil & parsley, topped
with a salad of Crunchy Mediterranean vegetables.

Course
Marinated Roast Beef
A joint of Rib or Topside beef marinaded for 24hrs and cooked
slowly in the oven on a low heat until tender & juicy. Served
with a selection of seasonal vegetables, home made gravy and
Horseradish & Beetroot sauce.
Lamb
in the French Manner
A succulent leg of lamb with delicate slivers of garlic placed
under the skin then smothered in a butter, rosemary & lemon
juice paste and cooked until tender, fragrant and juicy.

This classical favourite is served in individual dishes, made
of apples, cooked with a hint of cloves & butter and topped
