To Start
A choice of either of the following:

Camembert Filo Parcels
Lovely soft wedges of Camembert cheese wrapped in filo pastry then cooked in the oven until light & crispy, served with home made cranberry sauce.

Prawn & Fruit Cocktail
Fresh king prawns & Pineapple served on iceberg lettuce with a homemade Rose-Marie sauce, lemon wedges & Brown bread & Butter

Main

Fresh Salmon en croute
Fresh Salmon cooked with a dill & prawn sauce and wrapped in light flaky pastry. Cooked in the oven until golden brown and served warm.

Chicken wrapped in prosciutto
Fresh chicken breast cooked in white wine & wrapped in prosciutto ham with baby mushrooms.

Beef Wellington
Tender Fillet Steak topped with home made pate & mushrooms, wrapped in a flaky pastry & baked in the oven until light & crispy. Served with a homemade gravy & fresh vegetables.

Desserts & Cheeses

Baked Alaska
Vanilla ice cream, topped with fruit then covered in meringue. Baked in the oven until crispy and served with Fresh Cream & Raspberries.

Cheese & Coffee
A choice of your three favourite cheeses served with an assortment of crackers & fruit. Coffee served with cream & sugar

Soup of the day
Choose from either of the following:

Vichyssoise
A classic French soup made from Leek & potato.

Tomato Garlic & Bread Soup
This wonderful soup is based on the Spanish Gaspacho soup. Tomatoes, Garlic & bread are cooked in the oven until all the juices are combined then pureed with some basil & parsley, topped with a salad of Crunchy Mediterranean vegetables.

Main Course

Marinated Roast Beef
A joint of Rib or Topside beef marinaded for 24hrs and cooked slowly in the oven on a low heat until tender & juicy. Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables, home made gravy and Horseradish & Beetroot sauce.

Lamb in the French Manner
A succulent leg of lamb with delicate slivers of garlic placed under the skin then smothered in a butter, rosemary & lemon juice paste and cooked until tender, fragrant and juicy.

Desserts & Cheeses

Apple Crumble
This classical favourite is served in individual dishes, made of apples, cooked with a hint of cloves & butter and topped with Demerara sugar for a lovely crisp finish, served with a choice of fresh cream or vanilla custard.

Cheese & Coffee
A choice of your three favourite cheeses served with an assortment of crackers & fruit. Coffee served with cream & sugar.
